Members of Lower Yakima Valley Association of REALTORS® and Lower Yakima Valley Multiple Listing Service have scheduled many OPEN HOUSES as part of this special two-day REALTOR® "Statewide Open House" event.

This special weekend event will help those thinking about buying a home to take advantage of unique home market factors and the current Federal first-time home buyer tax credit (up to $8,000) or the Federal "move up" home buyer tax credit (up to $6,500). Both tax credits require you to be "under contract" by April 30, 2010 and to "close" by June 30, 2010. (some other requirements may alsoapply) Stop by one of the participating Realtor offices for lots of information available for you about buying a home, first time home buyers info, lending info, tax credit info, and much more. Copies of the weekend Open House schedule will also be available.
